Payment Options for HIRSCH Fuels, Inc.
Today’s extreme market volatility comes as no surprise to any of us by now. Every day we see the price increases at the gas pump and in our everyday household bills. We all wish that the prices of a few years ago would return, but unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to be the case. That said, we have designed an eleven (11) month Easy Balanced Budget Payment Plan to accommodate these never-ending uncertainties. The Easy Balanced Budget Payment Plan has helped many families stabilize the payment of their yearly heating costs by paying for their heating needs in predictable monthly payments — no more surprises in the mailbox!
How It Works
We estimate in advance the total cost of your yearly fuel oil supply and divide it into eleven equal monthly payments. However, since your monthly budget payment amount is only an estimate, it is likely that at the end of the eleven months, you may have paid us a little more or less than the amount due. If you have paid more, your account will be credited. If you have paid less, you send us the difference in June.
If you choose to participate in this plan, all you need to do is have a zero balance to start. Your first budget payment is due in July followed by one payment per month through May, with June being the settlement month. To qualify for the plan, your monthly budget payments must be paid and posted to your account by the thirtieth (30th) day of the month due.
We believe that the Easy Balanced Budget Payment Plan provides stability in every season and situation, and we strongly suggest that you participate in this program. Knowing what to expect regarding your heating costs makes preparing the rest of your household expenses even easier.
Non-Budget Payment Plan Customers
For those customers who do not wish to participate in our Easy Balanced Budget Payment Plan, all deliveries and billable services are due in full, thirty (30) days from the date of delivery or service. Past due balances incur a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% APR).
Credit Cards
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
