We have instructed all of our service technicians and oil drivers to take extra precautions when coming into contact with customers in their homes and businesses. All service technicians wear masks and gloves and have been instructed to wash their hands thoroughly. They also have been instructed to keep a safe distance from customers.
If you have a service call scheduled, and anyone in your home is sick or if you have come in close contact with someone who has tested positive, please alert us. We can reschedule your service call.
Our customer support team and all other office staff are prepared to continue running our internal operations. However, please be patient as we navigate these uncertain and changing times.
